Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes how Inteligencia Artificial Limited (“AI Agent Calls”, “we”) processes personal data of:

• Account holders and Authorised Users of the AI Agent Calls Platform;
• Visitors to our marketing website and prospective customers;
• Recipients of communications we send in our own right (e.g. transactional emails).

For personal data of End Recipients uploaded by customers to be called by the Platform, AI Agent Calls acts as a data processor on behalf of the customer, and that processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement, not this Notice.

• Account data: name, work email, hashed password, workspace name, role.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser, login times.
• Billing data: company name, billing address, VAT number, payment-method tokens (we do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe).
• Communications data: support tickets, in-product messages, audit logs of administrator actions.

• Contract — to provide the Platform you have signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to secure the Platform, prevent fraud, improve features.
• Legal obligation — to keep records required by HMRC, ICO, or other regulators.
• Consent — for any marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email privacy@inteligencia-artificial.co.uk to exercise any of them. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

We keep account data while your workspace is active and for up to 12 months after closure, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. HMRC requires retention of financial records for 6 years).

We will update this Notice when our practices change. Material changes are notified by email to all account holders.
